This high-visibility role requires a strong focus on project execution and stakeholder management to successfully deliver initiatives central to GlobalLogic’s strategic agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Project Governance & Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of high-priority strategic initiatives, establishing clear project structures, milestones, deliverables, and governance models to ensure timely, high-quality completion.
2. Cross-Functional Alignment & Coordination: Act as the central project orchestrator, actively engaging and managing dependencies among diverse stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, and Finance to ensure complete organizational alignment and resource commitment.
3. Business Case Monitoring & Control: Develop and continuously track the underlying financial models and business cases for projects to validate assumptions and monitor the achievement of expected strategic benefits and Return on Investment (ROI).
4. Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare clear, data-driven executive updates, reports, and presentations, providing concise visibility into project status, progress against alignment goals, and critical risks for the senior management team.
