Requirements

• 2–5 years of commercial experience in embedded system or telecom software testing, with hands-on Python automation
• Strong Python programming ability and solid experience writing test scripts and leveraging test frameworks like pytest
• Familiarity with embedded hardware interfaces (e.g. UART, USB, IP, serial) is highly advantageous
• A proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and ability to propose solutions independently
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to collaborate across international teams (particularly with U.S.‑based R&D)

Nice to Have

• Experience with IoT protocols or firmware testing workflows (MQTT, OTA updates, flash testing)

Job responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites and frameworks focused on embedded hardware systems
• Analyze test outcomes, investigate issues, and collaborate with developers to deliver fixes and improvements
• Provide technical assessments aimed at optimizing system performance, scalability, reliability, and capacity
• Participate proactively in defining test strategies, suggesting enhancements, and taking ownership of features
• Occasionally support or perform manual testing to complement automation efforts
