Description

We’re looking for a skilled Technical Writer with a passion for clarity and developer experience to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and developer advocates to create world-class documentation for our public-facing APIs. Your work will directly impact how developers understand, adopt, and succeed with our platform.

You’ll be joining a globally distributed product organization with teammates in Canada, the UK, and across Europe. While many of us enjoy in-person collaboration when possible, we’re fully equipped to support remote work.

Our team works closely with product designers, engineers, and researchers to build tools that help over 3,400 customers make smarter decisions through human insight. We value transparency, inclusivity, and a shared commitment to solving meaningful problems. We believe the best outcomes come from diverse perspectives and open, honest collaboration.

We’re driven by values that shape how we work together every day:
Teamwork, ownership, accountability, proactivity, transparency, empathy, inclusivity, and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys).
  • Experience reading and interpreting API specifications (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger).
  • Ability to read code samples (e.g., in Python, JavaScript, or other modern languages) and explain their function clearly.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, static site generators (e.g., Docusaurus, Hugo), and version control (Git).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and technical environment.

Nice to have:
