Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full-Stack Developer with a deep mastery of the TypeScript ecosystem to join our engineering team. You will be a key architect and contributor, bridging the gap between elegant user interfaces and high-performance server-side logic.

With 6+ years of experience, you aren’t just writing code; you are designing scalable systems, mentoring junior talent, and ensuring our stack (React and NestJS) remains robust, maintainable, and ahead of the curve.

Requirements

Must have 7 to 8 years of experience 

 

We want a **TypeScript-first Senior Full-Stack Engineer** whose primary strength is building production systems with **React** and **NestJS**, and who is also a **capable Python developer** for data-heavy and integration work. You’ll operate in an **agentic engineering** environment: small, high-autonomy teams that own problems end-to-end, leverage AI/agents as part of their workflow, and maintain a strong TDD and quality discipline.

Expert-level **TypeScript** with deep experience in **React** and **NestJS**

**Capable Python developer**: comfortable writing production-grade services, scripts, and integrations.

Strong **SQL** skills and experience designing relational schemas and optimizing queries in **PostgreSQL** and *MySQL**

Proven **TDD** track record and a disciplined approach to automated testing.

Experience shipping and operating production systems in **cloud-native** environments (Docker, Kubernetes, GCP or similar).

Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, performance, and reliability in Node.js and browser environments.

Comfortable working in high-autonomy, fast-moving teams, collaborating across engineering, product, and data.

 

 

**Frontend:** React, TypeScript, React Query, Zustand, React Hook Form, React Router, AG Grid, TailwindCSS, Vite.

**Backend:** NestJS (TypeScript), Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Python, Jest, Pytest.

**Infrastructure:** GCP (preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD.[1]

**Testing:** TDD, Jest, Pytest, Playwright, CI-integrated quality gates.

**Data / Visualization (nice to have):** D3.js, Recharts, Vega, or similar.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Architect & Build: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end features using React for the frontend and NestJS for the backend.

Scalable Backend Design: Leverage the modular architecture of NestJS to build resilient, testable, and high-concurrency microservices or monolithic APIs.

Frontend Excellence: Create responsive, high-performance UI components in React, ensuring seamless state management and optimal user experience.

Database Management: Design and optimize schemas for relational (PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases using TypeORM or Prisma.

Code Quality & Mentorship: Drive engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, automated testing (Jest, Cypress, or Playwright), and technical documentation.

DevOps & Integration: Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve bottlenecks across the stack, from database query optimization to frontend rendering cycles.
