Requirements

Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI, ensuring compatibility across Android, iOS, and other platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Backend, Design) to define, design, and deliver new features aligned with business needs.
Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by leveraging native APIs and optimizing UI rendering.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues using modern debugging and profiling tools.
Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code, following best practices in architecture, dependency injection, and CI/CD automation.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and technologies (including MAUI evolution and Azure integrations) to ensure applications remain modern and competitive.
Support migrated efforts from legacy Xamarin codebases to .NET MAUI using community toolkits.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the mobile platform, enhancing resident experience and operational efficiency

Job responsibilities

Proven experience in a similar mobile development role, ideally with exposure to .NET MAUI for cross-platform modernization.
Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET framework, with a focus on building scalable and maintainable mobile applications.
Experience developing for both iOS and Android, using MAUI to deliver unified user experiences.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of mobile apps with cloud-based backend services (e.g., Azure).
Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows in collaborative environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to debug and optimize performance across platforms.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, culture of empathy, accountability, and shared success.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with product managers, QA engineers, and designers to deliver high-impact features.
Confortable by working in Agile Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and iterative delivery cycles to ensure alignment with business goals
