Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer with strong expertise in Python development and Agentic AI to design, architect, and develop next-generation AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, and LLM-powered solutions, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI applications.
The candidate will drive technical architecture, solution design, engineering best practices, and end-to-end development of Agentic AI solutions.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Python development, including advanced programming concepts, OOP, asynchronous programming, and API development.
Proven experience in designing and developing Agentic AI applications and autonomous AI workflows.
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, function calling, tool use, and context management.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent.
Experience building multi-agent architectures, agent orchestration, and workflow automation.
Strong understanding of RAG architecture, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge graphs.
Experience with LLM integration, model evaluation, fine-tuning concepts, and inference optimization.
Experience developing backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud-based AI services such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI.
Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integrations.
Experience with AI observability, tracing, monitoring, and evaluation tools.
Understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, security, and AI governance.
Experience deploying and managing production-grade AI/ML applications.
Familiarity with software engineering best practices, microservices, and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise-grade Agentic AI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
Architect and implement autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, decision-making, and executing complex workflows.
Develop multi-agent orchestration systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and other foundation models into enterprise applications.
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector search, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval systems.
Develop tool-calling capabilities, API integrations, memory management, and context-aware agent workflows.
Implement guardrails, responsible AI practices, observability, evaluation frameworks, and security mechanisms for AI applications.
Design scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
Optimize AI applications for performance, latency, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering standards.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across AI engineering initiatives.
