Description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform engineer to help operationalize AIdriven workflows built with Copilot Studio. This role is focused less on prompt engineering and agent design, and more on the underlying platform architecture, workflow automation, data modeling, integrations, deployment, and enterprise rollout needed to bring AI agents into production. The ideal candidate understands how to turn prototypes into reliable enterprise solutions

Requirements

Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• – Power Automate
• – Dataverse
• – Power Platform environments and solution management
• – Microsoft Teams integrations
• – Copilot Studio integrations
• Experience deploying enterprise Power Platform solutions
• Strong understanding of:
• – Power Platform ALM
• – environment strategy
• – managed/unmanaged solutions
• – security roles and governance
• Experience integrating APIs and external services
• Familiarity with Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Strong troubleshooting/debugging capability Ability to work in fast-moving prototype-to-production environments

 

Nice to have:

• Azure Functions or custom connectors
• Power Apps experience CI/CD for Power Platform
• Experience distributing and managing enterprise agents inside Microsoft Teams
• Familiarity with AI/agent workflows Healthcare or regulated industry experience

Job responsibilities

• Responsibilities Design and maintain Dataverse schemas and relational data models
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows
• Implement integrations between Copilot Studio agents and enterprise systems
• Manage deployment, environments, solution packaging, and release processes
• Configure security roles, permissions, and governance within Power Platform
• Support distribution and rollout of agents across Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 environments
• Optimize reliability, observability, and maintainability of workflows
• Build reusable automation components and integration patterns
• Troubleshoot production workflow and connector issues
• Collaborate closely with AI/product leadership to operationalize new agent experiences
