Description

Client is a leading global Contract Research Organization (CRO) that provides Phase I-IV clinical trial management, market access, and technology solutions with over 30 years of experience.

Requirements

Experience in software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Proven test design skills
Practical experience in writing clean code
Deep hands-on experience with custom multicomponent framework or tool creation from scratch
Proficiency with OOP languages
Deep understanding of modern test automation patterns and standards
Understanding of OOD
Hands-on experience with different types of test automation
Excellent communication skills
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Effective time management
Fluent spoken and written English
Powershell knowledge

Will be a plus:

Desktop test automation skills
Experience with WinAppDriver
CI/CD setup experience

Job responsibilities

Participate in the creation of critical project-level artifacts
Coordinate with the team members to prioritize testing efforts
Estimate test automation activities
Plan and manage assigned testing activities
Create/improve custom frameworks and tools 
Perform code review
Investigate issues to provide accurate and reproducible info to the dev team
Strictly follow QMS procedures and processes
Provide status reports on time
Continuously improve testing on the project
Participate in QA Initiatives, collaborate with other test engineers
Mentoring of Junior-level engineers
