Role: User Experience Designer
Experience: 12 Years to 18 Years
Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities:
Gather insights for business visions, goals and end users through discovery workshops with stakeholders
Conduct user research to identify the pain points, aspirations and challenges of end users
Define persona, journey maps and storyboards to identify, communicate and priorities the opportunity areas which leads to creation of MVP (minimum viable product)
Engages team and cross-functional stakeholders to make them understand user’s needs and guide the team in the creation of thoughtful interactive solutions
Ideate about product’s main characteristics, functionalities, features and analyse steps of user interaction though user flows
Leads the prototyping of product, always ensuring the usability of the products and their alignment with customers‘ needs
Host usability testing sessions with end users to identify and improve the gaps in final designs before shipping them for development
Enable development team and stakeholders to create user centred solution in less time, effort and iteration
Leverage AI to augment every phase of the design process and design deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters of Design (B. Des. Or M. Des.) in Digital Design, User Experience Design or User Interaction Design
