About GlobalLogic and the EMEA Legal Team
As GlobalLogic continues expanding our business, we are now looking for an experienced legal counsel to join our Legal EMEA team.
The team provides legal support for our offices in 11 countries of the region: Croatia, Germany, Israel, Ireland, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and Ukraine.

- Law degree in Ukraine. An additional law degree in an EU country is welcome.
- At least 5-7 years of total professional legal experience in Ukraine. Must possess law firm experience.
- Ukrainian legal generalist expertise is required.
- English language full professional proficiency, spoken and written – the team is working exclusively in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and jurisdictions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them. Must be responsible and conscientious.
- Dedication to quality and reliability in all work tasks.
- Team player, able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Preferences:
- Experience with EU legal matters will be an advantage.
- Experience with global AI, corporate and employment matters.
- Experience working with a geographically dispersed team / in a multinational company.
- Experience working as an in-house lawyer.
- Experience working for IT companies.
職務内容
The Role
- The successful candidate will be a critical contributor to the legal function in the whole region, providing comprehensive legal advice and support across a variety of legal matters, with a particular emphasis on employment, corporate and AI.
- This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with both the EMEA and global legal teams, as well as with various business stakeholders around the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal advisory: Providing timely and high-quality legal support to other departments, reviewing complex legal queries, and offering clear, actionable legal recommendations.
- Compliance & risk management: Ensuring compliance with applicable national and international laws and regulations. Tracking changes in relevant legislation.
- Documentation & policy development: Drafting, reviewing, and developing internal policies, procedures, and other legal documents to support business operations and maintain compliance.
- External counsel management: Cooperating with external legal counsels across the region.
- Global collaboration: Carrying out other tasks to support colleagues within the global legal team as required, fostering a collaborative, worldwide legal function.
