We are looking for a detail-oriented and media-driven Trainee QC Specialist who will analyze content critically and identify technical issues quickly and accurately.
This role is about quality control and bug detection in media content. You will be responsible for checking video streams, audio, subtitles, metadata, and reporting issues in a structured QA manner.
You should be:
Passionate about movies, TV series, streaming platforms, or media content
Highly attentive to details and able to notice even minor issues
Interested in QA/QC processes and bug investigation
Comfortable working with technical topics and learning quickly
Confident in English communication (Intermediate level or higher)
Able to work and collaborate with different teams
Ready to work from the office in Lviv (mandatory)

Basic knowledge we expect:
Basic understanding of bug reporting and bug life cycle
Familiarity with test documentation and different testing types
Basic networking knowledge: VPN, router, internet connection basics
Understanding of what is considered a bug vs expected behavior/feature

Job Responsibilities:
Watch movies, TV series, and live channels using specific testing approaches
Search for and identify technical/content issues in:
video quality
audio quality
subtitles
metadata
Create clear bug reports and document found issues
Triage automated issue reports
Communicate with internal teams regarding detected problems
Validate and verify content quality before release
