職務内容

The “Bridge” (Stakeholder Management)

  • Gap Analysis: You must analyze the gap between the client’s current (often manual) business processes and standard Salesforce functionality.
  • Conflict Resolution: Japanese stakeholders often request heavy customization (localizing the UI to look like Excel). Your role is to push back and explain the benefits of “Standard over Custom” to ensure future scalability.
  • Requirement Elicitation: Facilitating workshops with Department Heads to extract requirements that are often “implicit” in Japanese business culture and documenting them explicitly. Engage directly with business stakeholders, product owners, and client SMEs in both English and
  • Japanese to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into well-documented functional and non-functional requirements
Consensus Building (Nemawashi) – Ensuring all departments are aligned for consensus before a final decision is made.

Technical Translation & Design

  • Documentation: Creating bilingual documentation. This includes Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Process Flow Diagrams. Create and maintain detailed user stories, process maps, use cases, and acceptance criteria aligned with Salesforce best practices
  • Solution Prototyping: Building “Wireframes” or “PoCs” (Proof of Concept) within a Sandbox environment to show Japanese users how their workflow translates into Salesforce objects and fields.
  • Data Mapping: Mapping legacy data from Japanese systems into the Salesforce schema, ensuring double-byte character (Kanji/Kana) integrity.

Implementation & Enablement

  • Agile Coordination: Acting as the liaison between the Japanese client and offshore development teams in India. You translate business needs into user stories. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure solution alignment and mutual understanding across multilingual and multicultural settings
  • Lead and participate in requirements workshops, solution demonstrations and sprint reviews
  • Support product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Provide guidance during system integration and user acceptance testing phases, including test case creation and defect triage
  • Drive business process reengineering initiatives to maximize Salesforce platform capabilities and promote standardization
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Leading the UAT phase, defining test scenarios, and ensuring the Japanese end-users are comfortable with the new interface.
  • Change Management: Developing training manuals and conducting “Train-the-Trainer” sessions to drive adoption in a market that is historically resistant to rapid software changes. Support change management, training, and user enablement in both Japanese and English
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements and enterprise governance standards
