The project team is part of a commercial software delivery organization focused on building and maintaining customer-facing applications. The department works in an agile environment, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. The team is expanding and is looking for an expirience Senior Manual QA to join the project.
必要条件
- 5+ years of work experience in testing enterprise WEB applications.
- Good problem solving skills with an attitude for learning.
- Good interpersonal, speaking and written communication skills.
- Organized and self-directing with the ability to identify priorities and achieve results.
- Participant in enterprise software development cycles.
- Ability to work in small teams and complete tasks independently when needed.
- Hands-on role in testing efforts, maintaining, and executing test scripts, database validation, testing, software and web testing.
- Prior work experience with unit testing, functional testing, regression testing, UAT, engineering support.
- Ability to interpret results, identify trends and communicate appropriately
- Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies, including LLM-based applications.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate
職務内容
- Test current products and identifying issues.
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
- Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution.
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
- Oversee continuous improvement projects.
- Interact with the customer regarding ongoing activities.
- Create/track/retest software defects in designated defect tracking tool.
- Create/review/update new/existing test suite.
- Leveraging AI tools to boost manual testing efficiency, optimize QA workflows, and validate AI-enabled products and features.
