Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled RDK WiFi Mesh Developer with strong experience in embedded systems and broadband technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in RDK-B, mesh networking, and device management frameworks, contributing to the development and optimization of next-generation connected home solutions.

Requirements

Required Skills
Strong programming experience in C/C++ (Embedded Systems)
Hands-on experience with RDK-B (RDK Broadband)
Good understanding of WiFi Mesh technologies
Experience with TR-181 data models
Knowledge of Yocto build system
Familiarity with OpenSync or similar cloud-managed WiFi platforms
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in Linux environments
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, DHCP, DNS)

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain WiFi mesh features on RDK-B platforms
Work on mesh technologies (self-healing, self-optimization, steering, backhaul management)
Develop and debug embedded software using C/C++ in Linux-based environments
Integrate and customize RDK-B components for broadband gateways
Work with device management models like TR-181
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, system integration, cloud/backend teams)
Analyze and resolve performance, stability, and scalability issues in mesh deployments
Contribute to build systems using Yocto and embedded Linux toolchains
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for software development
