Technical Skills

AWS Services: S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, Secrets Manager, CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy.
AWS Foundations: Landing Zone, Control Tower, Networking, Security.
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, YAML.
Version Control & CI/CD: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
Observability: New Relic.
Container & Platform: Kubernetes, EKS.
Databases & Caching: RDS, Redis.

 

Job responsibilities

Provide on-call support for critical production services.
Perform rapid issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Operate effectively in a multi-vendor, large-scale enterprise environment.
Drive Change Management and Incident Management processes end-to-end.
Support high-value, high-availability transactional systems.
Ensure compliance and operational discipline within regulated environments.
