Description

The project focuses on building and enhancing an advanced AI-driven Test Automation Platform for a scalable, cloud-based SaaS ecosystem. The initiative aims to modernize quality engineering practices by leveraging Agentic AI to enable intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, and predictive defect analysis.

The platform supports mobile (iOS/Android), web, and API testing and is tightly integrated with CI/CD pipelines in an AWS environment to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles. The solution emphasizes automation-first testing, high coverage, and real-time insights through analytics and telemetry.

The Test Lead / Senior Tester will play a key role in driving automation strategy, implementing AI-powered testing capabilities, and ensuring end-to-end quality across the application landscape. The role involves close collaboration with product, development, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality testing solutions.

 

Requirements

Technical Skills:

6–10 years of experience in QA / Test Automation / Quality Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright
Experience in AI/ML-based testing or intelligent automation frameworks
Solid experience in mobile application testing (Android & iOS)
Strong exposure to SaaS application testing
Good understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured)
Hands-on experience integrating tests with CI/CD pipelines
Programming skills in Java / Python / JavaScript
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

Good to Have:

Experience with Agentic AI tools/frameworks
Exposure to performance testing (JMeter, Gatling)
Basic knowledge of security testing concepts
Experience in test data management and service virtualization

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Leadership skills with experience mentoring teams

Job responsibilities

Lead and drive end-to-end test automation strategy, including framework design and implementation
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs
Implement and enhance AI-driven / Agentic AI-based testing solutions (self-healing scripts, intelligent test generation)
Collaborate with product owners and developers to define automation roadmap and backlog prioritization
Perform mobile application testing (iOS/Android) across multiple devices and environments
Validate and test SaaS-based applications, ensuring scalability and reliability
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, regression, API, and UI layers
Work within AWS cloud environments for test execution, environment setup, and validation
Analyze defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution with root cause analysis
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, enforcing best practices in quality engineering
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in testing processes
