We have a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
What we expect from third parties
We require all individuals and organisations that interact with us to treat our staff with dignity and respect. Harassment of any kind towards our staff will not be tolerated. Should an incident of harassment against our staff occur, we will take all appropriate and reasonable steps to address the situation.
We will fully support any staff member who reports an incident of third-party harassment, and all complaints will be handled confidentially and taken seriously.
Our reciprocal responsibility
Just as we expect respectful behaviour from third parties, we are also committed to ensuring we uphold the highest standards of professionalism. Our staff is required to treat all clients, partners, and vendors with respect and courtesy, and they are prohibited from engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying.
