Description

The AI Product Builder Internship is a 5-week, full-time program designed to provide hands-on experience in building AI-powered products.

Interns will work on an end-to-end project to design, prototype, and present a functional AI agent or product, applying concepts such as Generative AI, prompt engineering, and product strategy.

The program combines structured learning (~60%), mentorship (~10%), and live collaboration (~30%), culminating in a final presentation to leadership.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in AI, product management, and emerging technologies, with a strong focus on practical, real-world application.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Data, or related field

Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, self-guided environment

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)

Basic understanding of product management, UX, or software development concepts

Familiarity with prompt engineering or automation workflows

Experience with no-code tools or prototyping platforms

Interest in AI ethics, data, or analytics

Job responsibilities

Design and develop a working AI agent or prototype using modern AI tools

Translate business or user problems into clear product concepts and use cases

Create a Product Requirements Document (PRD) or structured business plan

Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI outputs and workflows

Utilize no-code or low-code platforms to rapidly prototype AI solutions

Participate in weekly demos, feedback sessions, and mentorship check-ins

Collaborate with peers in a virtual, cross-functional environment

Incorporate AI ethics and responsible design principles into solutions

Present final project and key learnings to stakeholders and leadership
