Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated eLearning Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and content creation, with a proven ability to transform raw content into engaging and effective online learning experiences.

 

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in eLearning content development.
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline is essential.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in video creation and editing using Camtasia. Adobe Premiere Pro, or Vyond will be an added advantage.
• Ability to independently manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to comprehend storyboard instructions and develop the elearning and videos with minimum errors.

Job responsibilities

• Develop interactive and engaging eLearning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Create eLearnings as per the instructions provided in storyboards, subject matter expert input, and existing classroom recordings.
• Apply adult learning principles to design and develop effective instructional materials.
• Write and edit audio scripts to align with learning scenarios and video content.
• Develop and edit learning videos using tools like Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Vyond.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Edit/update the content based on SMEs feedback.
• Apply agreed style guide and template to elearning content
