Description

We are in the process of migrating all non-EOL software content to our new CMS platform, Brightspot. As part of this initiative, we are seeking content evaluators to help load, clean, and evaluate content as we transition to this new system. 

Requirements

• Proven experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably with Brightspot.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot content formatting issues.
• Basic understanding of HTML and web content formatting.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in content migration or similar roles is a plus

Expectations-

• The role is expected to last approximately 1-2 months, depending on the volume of content to be loaded and cleaned.
• This is a temporary, contract-based role with the potential for extension based on project needs.

Job responsibilities

 

• Content Migration: Use the provided ingestor tool to load HTML content into the Brightspot CMS.
• Content Cleanup: Review and clean up content in the CMS to ensure it is properly formatted, visually consistent, and aligned with our platform’s standards.
• Content Evaluation: Ensure that all content migrated to the CMS adheres to internal guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the implementation team at Brightspot and other internal teams to ensure the migration process runs smoothly.
