Description

McAfee is a well-known all-in-one security solution that offers real-time defense against threats like ransomware and spyware across all major platforms. Notable features include WebAdvisor, a secure VPN, and a password manager.

We are currently working on the ‘CART’ project, which is specifically related to the company’s e-commerce shopping cart.

Requirements

AEM Developer with 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Cloud plus 6.x and above).
The role is focused on coding, customizing, and extending AEM capabilities to build high-performance, scalable, and maintainable enterprise-level digital platforms.
Experience in Copilot is preferred
Strong experience in E-comm domain is a must have
Strong programming skills in Java 8+, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL (Sightly).
AEM Sites (components, templates, content fragments, experience fragments).-
Dispatcher configuration, caching, and CDN integration.
Custom workflows, event listeners, and schedulers.
Strong understanding of Maven, Git, Jenkins/CI-CD pipelines.
Good knowledge of JSON, REST, GraphQL APIs.
Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, AEM Mocks).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Job responsibilities

Develop and implement AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
Write efficient and reusable code using Java, Sling, OSGi, and JCR APIs.
Build and extend Sling models, servlets, filters, and schedulers.
Implement HTL (Sightly) for component development and front-end integration.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript into AEM.
Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher caching for performance.
Develop and consume RESTful/GraphQL APIs for integration with external systems.
Work with Digital Asset Management (DAM) features like metadata schemas, renditions, and workflows.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AEM code and performance issues.
Contribute to the technical design, development, and deployment of the software applications
Define and implement the Framework for the project, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Design, develop, and maintain reliable and scalable fullstack applications.
Collaborate closely with Product Management and UX/UI teams to ensure seamless product delivery and user-centric design.
Ensure the implementation of best practices to deliver secure, efficient, and high-quality code. This includes comprehensive testing strategies, such as unit, integration, and automation testing.
Maintain detailed technical documentation for the project, including architecture diagrams, API documentation and deployment guides.
Interview new candidates to join the team
Participate in the design and development of scalable cloud solutions.
Develop new software products – design, code, test, package and document new products.
Maintain existing software products – design, code, test, package and document revisions to existing products.
Work closely with Scrum teams and stakeholders to successfully bring the solution to production.
Work with the project lead and project team to plan, estimate, schedule and implement development project tasks.
Design, develop and deploy full-stack and scalable web applications
Cooperate with security and compliance teams to ensure the application meets compliance, security and audit requirements
Take active part in the enhancement of tools, cloud-based technologies/services and process
Collaborate with the involved teams
