Requirements

We are looking for seasoned engineers who are comfortable with high-scale systems and “zero-to-one” product development.

• Strong Experience with Java: Mastery of modern Java (17+) and the Spring Boot ecosystem, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Distributed Systems Expertise: Proven track record of building and operating high-throughput systems using Apache Kafka (streaming, partitioning, and concurrency).
• Cloud-Native Mindset: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• System Design: Ability to design scalable microservices architectures that handle millions of events without breaking a sweat.
• Global Collaboration: Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively in an international, multi-country environment.

Job responsibilities

• Architect from Scratch: Design and implement high-throughput distributed systems using Java and Kafka in a pure greenfield environment.
• Bridge Two Worlds: Solve complex integration challenges between cloud-native microservices and vehicle-to-cloud connectivity systems.
• Scale Globally: Build infrastructure capable of handling massive data streams from vehicles across multiple continents.
• Collaborate Internationally: Work within a diverse, cross-border team of experts to set new standards for the connected car ecosystem.
