We are currently working on the ‘CART’ project, which is specifically related to the company’s e-commerce shopping cart.

Hands on PO will be responsible for requirement gathering, product definition, requirements breakdown, writing stories, and end-to-end.
Product owner responsibilities, from writing requirements to getting the acceptance of story completion
Providing product vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on. Must understand Sprint X-1/X-2 Backlog concepts.
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Efficiently conducts agile ceremonies involving client stakeholders.
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Work closely with Customer Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting the successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Follow our competitors and the industry
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
He/She must be good at working with Architects and Tech lead, defining the system requirements and system technology solutions.
Good to have – This person should have the know-how of the technology stack, Cloud solutions, DevOps Pipeline, Integrations, And Lastly Platform requirements.

Lead or be part of the project product vision discussions, requirement elicitation with the client, requirement definition and alignment with the team, client and all program stakeholders.

Should be able to be a part of new client engagement to propose solutions comprising domain, technology, and process knowledge
Responsible for developing and owning all documentation capturing business and functional requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose business solutions
Engage with the client to understand/develop/articulate business requirements
Develop business and functional product knowledge and expertise for engaged clients to complement product engineering and design
Engage with the client to influence and steer decision-making related to Product Strategy/Design based on market and customer requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure meeting the program and customer needs
