Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years of experience in Product Owner role
Mandatory experience in Physiotherapy or physiotherapy-related healthcare products.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient journeys, and clinical documentation.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile teams.
Ability to translate clinical needs into functional requirements.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams and onsite stakeholders.
Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with UX, engineering, and QA to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and demos with distributed teams.
Ensure product alignment with clinical workflows and physiotherapy use cases.

Job responsibilities

Must-Haves

Physiotherapy domain expertise (clinician, therapist, or product experience).
Ability to work until 10 PM IST for client overlap and requirement clarification.
Valid B1/B2 visa and willingness to travel as needed.
