Description

Our client is a global technology provider delivering advanced software solutions for mobile network management, optimization, and analytics. The team focuses on complex OSS implementations, including installations, integrations, upgrades, and customizations of network management and automation platforms.

Requirements

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in telecom OSS architecture or solution integration.
Proven track record in deploying and customizing complex network automation and analytics systems.
Strong understanding of self-optimizing network principles and centralized configuration platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps methodologies is a plus.
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and verbal).
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related).

Key Skills:
In-depth understanding of OSS architecture and mobile network management principles.
Experience with platforms related to configuration automation, self-optimizing networks, and network analytics.
Hands-on experience in software installation, system integration, and solution customization in telecom environments.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible).
Strong knowledge of Linux-based systems, virtualization (VMware, KVM), and mobile network technologies (3G/4G/5G).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, implementation, customer).

Job responsibilities

Design end-to-end architecture for OSS platform deployments and enhancements.
Participate in full-cycle delivery: installation, integration, upgrades, and custom development of network management solutions.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into system specifications.
Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams and support system onboarding and customization.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, security requirements, and scalability expectations.
Maintain architectural documentation, integration diagrams, and technical guidelines.
