We are seeking an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive track, planning, and execution for our critical Data Platform initiatives. This role requires a seasoned, hands-on TPM who is proficient in navigating complex technical data environments and delivering large-scale programs to provide desperately needed help to our development teams.

Job Requirements
Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Position requires three years of experience required. Must have some experience in each of the following skills: Agile principles and environment, Scrum mechanics, and the Scrum framework including spring planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews; Software development methods, coding languages, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, and testing strategies; Project management and metric analysis (such as velocity, burn-down charts, and lead time) using Confluence, Jira, and Jira Analytics; Implement Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 6–12 years of demonstrated, dedicated experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM).
Role Focus: Must be a pure technically strong data backgroundTPM; candidates with only Product Management, Scrum Master, or non-technical project management titles/experience will not be considered.
Domain: Specific, deep experience managing programs within a Data Platform environment.
Level: Demonstrated ability to operate at a Staff-level (Mature, ownership driven, initiative and end to end Program management responsibility understanding, navigating the internal stakeholders, Must not be just a follower) capacity, influencing strategy and leading complex, cross-functional programs.
Location: Based in India.
It will be a Data TPM role however with completely handson responsibilities – Technical Program Manager will Manage internal customer and cross-team relationships including communication, management of technology development, project scheduling, and documentation. Responsible for overall team performance on multiple technology projects including the coordination of schedules and timelines, cross-team collaboration, people alignment, impediment removal, product backlog health, set expectations based on time/scope/resources, and quality adherence. Act as Scrum Master to coach the scrum team. Coordinate project communication between clients, technology staff, and senior management.
Partial remote work allowed.
Program Ownership: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of programs related to the company’s core Data Platform based on leadership’s guidance.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and align multiple teams (Engineering, Product, and Delivery) to ensure clarity, commitment, and timely delivery of data initiatives.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of data platforms, data architecture, and data pipelines to effectively challenge, support, and guide engineering decisions.
Program Planning & Tracking: Define program scope, objectives, resource requirements, and schedules. Monitor progress, identify dependencies, and manage the critical path for large, multi-quarter projects.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate technical, personnel, and process risks, particularly those related to long resource acquisition and onboarding times.
Communication: Serve as the central communication point, providing clear, concise, and regular status updates to engineering teams, senior leadership, and delivery partners (e.g., GlobalLogic).
Process Improvement: Drive efficiency and predictability in the data platform development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational delivery goals.
