Quality Assurance leader is responsible for overseeing and improving the quality management processes of HITL wofkflows. This role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, managing quality assurance teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and workflow requirements. The Quality Assurance leader will work closely with various departments to drive quality improvements, address quality issues, and maintain high standards of product or service excellence.

Requirements

  • Overall 7+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management for data annotation or human evaluation workflows.
  • Must be a Six-Sigma Green belt certified, Black belt preferred.
  • Candidates with certifications in project management will be preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing quality assurance and control processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading quality teams and driving a culture of quality within the organization.
  • Ability to mentor and train team members on quality standards and best practices.
  • Experience in managing customer complaints and driving improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee quality improvement projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within specified timeframes.

Job responsibilities

  • Will assist the delivery team in overseeing and implementing quality assurance processes, ensuring that our products and services meet all necessary requirements. This role is crucial for maintaining our company’s reputation for high-quality products and services.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and management of quality control systems. Monitor and analyze quality performance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Train staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of quality activities, findings, and corrective actions.
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback, working to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with other departments to integrate quality standards across the company.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, performance, and improvement initiatives to internal management and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders , to understand their needs and implement strategies as required
