Job Description
IT professional with 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in Agile coaching. Adept at guiding teams across Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile practices, mentoring team members, and driving process improvements in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
Experienced in running PI planning, defining metrics and KPIs (velocity, cycle time, lead time), and collaborating effectively with Product Owners, Admins, Developers, QA, and DevOps teams. Holds Agile certifications (preferred) and excels in stakeholder management and organizational transformation initiatives.
I am looking for opportunities that require a minimum of two hours of overlap with the US Mountain Time (MT) zone. Typically, these overlapping calls will run from 8:00 PM IST to 10:00 PM IST, though the role may occasionally require a bit more availability for planned retrospectives and team engagements.

Job Responsibilities
Facilitate and guide Scrum ceremonies where required and enable teams to self-manage.
Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile mindset and best practices.
Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery.
Drive continuous improvement using retrospectives and actionable insights.
Track and analyse Agile metrics like velocity, cycle time, and predictability.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to support smooth Salesforce releases.
Improve team collaboration, ownership, and delivery efficiency.
Support backlog refinement and ensure user stories are well-defined.
Align team delivery with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
Experience in Agile coaching and mentoring teams.
Good understanding of Agile metrics and reporting.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
knowledge of Salesforce platform and release process.
Managed couple of salesforce development projects
Familiarity with Jira / Azure DevOps or similar tools.
