Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect (TA) to serve as the “Master Builder” for complex, global digital transformations. You will blueprint scalable, high-stability solutions that harmonize Salesforce with rigid IT ecosystems. As a strategic leader, you will bridge the gap between business vision and technical feasibility, ensuring our “Zero Defect” standard while pioneering the integration of Agentforce and AI-driven architectures.

Requirements

  • Experience: 15+ years in technical development; 10+ years in Salesforce solution design; 5+ years in Lightning/LWC.
  • AI Maturity: Practical understanding of integrating LLMs, Vector Databases, and Generative AI features within Salesforce.
  • Certifications: CTA (Certified Technical Architect) is highly preferred. Minimum Application/System Architect certification required.
  • Platform Mastery: Expert-level Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and Multi-Org strategy.
  • Integration & Security: Deep knowledge of OAuth, JWT, SAML, and middleware orchestration (MuleSoft, Boomi, or HULFT).
  • Methodology: Expert in Agile/Jira and leading onshore/offshore delivery models.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Job responsibilities

  • AI & Data Architecture: Lead the strategy for Data Cloud and Agentforce (AI) integration, ensuring data residency compliance and building the foundation for autonomous AI agents within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Blueprinting & Systems Design: Architect robust system landscapes connecting Salesforce to legacy ERPs (SAP, Oracle) via MuleSoft or high-performance middleware.
  • Technical Governance: Establish and enforce global standards for security, sharing models, and platform limits. Chair the Architectural Review Board (ARB) to critique and unify solution designs.
  • DevOps & CI/CD Leadership: Drive the adoption of modern DevOps (Copado, Flosum, or GitHub Actions) to eliminate manual deployment risks.
  • Quality Gatekeeping: Implement mandatory code reviews and “Bulkified” pattern enforcement to ensure performance at scale and adherence to governor limits.
  • Trusted Advisor: Present technical designs to client security/architecture boards for formal approval and provide “sanity checks” on SOWs for the sales team.
  • Mentorship: Coach developers through the Architect Pyramid (Application/System Architect paths) and foster a “craftsman” mindset within the delivery team.
