We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated cloud infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline development workflows, ensure system reliability, and drive continuous improvement in our DevOps practices.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar role.
  • Key Skills: Azure | Kubernetes | Linux
  • Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP also acceptable). Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are a plus.
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Proven experience designing and maintaining automated pipelines.
  • Scripting: Strong skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
  • Networking: Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, VPNs).
  • Operating Systems: Proficiency in Linux system administration.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; ability to convey complex technical topics to diverse audiences.

Job responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure, primarily on Azure (experience with AWS or GCP also valued).
  • Automation & CI/CD: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Configuration Management: Implement and manage tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for consistent and automated environment management.
  • Monitoring & Observability: Establish comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog) to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Security: Enforce best practices across infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, including vulnerability management, access controls, and network security policies.
  • Disaster Recovery: Design and test disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with development, QA, and product teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize deployment workflows.
  • Cost Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation of infrastructure architecture, processes, and operational procedures.
