Description

We’re looking for a Shift Lead to manage our technical support team during shifts. You’ll be responsible for making sure the team runs smoothly, helping resolve customer issues, and tracking team performance. If you enjoy leading people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced support environment, this could be a great fit for you.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical support
• Experience leading or managing a team
• Good understanding of support KPIs and performance goals
• Strong problem-solving and people skills
• Comfortable using data to track and improve work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends if needed

Job responsibilities

• Lead and support the team during your shift
• Help plan schedules and manage leaves
• Handle urgent customer issues (escalations)
• Keep an eye on pending support tickets (backlog)
• Track how the team is performing and suggest improvements
• Use data to understand trends and improve processes
• Talk to clients regularly and keep them informed
• Prepare and present reports on team performance
