Our team supports this international growth by designing, building, and evolving a custom eCommerce platform that underpins the client’s core e-commerce and retail systems within a global omnichannel ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on data products
  • Solid understanding of data analytics and data engineering concepts
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Needs strong English language understanding and communication to interface with internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with ML & AI 

Job responsibilities

  • Regular communication with the client and 3rd party managers
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear data and analytical requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is clear and transparent to all
  • Routinely collaborate with teams on issues, the applicability of functions, technology solutions, usability, functionality
  • Conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders/customers
