I brought my global perspective to GlobalLogic in Santa Clara, USA, eight years ago, stepping into the role of Senior Software Engineer. Over nearly a decade, I have had the privilege of growing alongside the organization, transitioning from hands-on technical execution into my current role as a Senior Manager. Today, my position perfectly blends my deep technical roots with strategic business execution.

I currently serve as one of the primary delivery leads for the Google Cloud portfolio at GlobalLogic. This dual responsibility allows me to act as a hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Google technology stack while driving high-velocity cloud transformations and managing complex project timelines.

My technical focus is heavily centered on cutting-edge innovation within the AI ecosystem. I am actively involved in the design and implementation of advanced, AI-based Agentic solutions. We aren’t just moving data; we are creating highly customized, intelligent agents tailored to solve specific, high-stakes customer use cases. Operating at this intersection of delivery management and advanced AI engineering makes my techno-functional role incredibly dynamic.

But to me, collaboration is the true cornerstone of successful engineering. Having walked in my team’s shoes as a Senior Software Engineer, my approach is centered on empathy, open communication, and shared growth. I act as the bridge between deep technical execution and strategic business objectives, breaking down silos and ensuring knowledge flows seamlessly across our teams and client partnerships.
