Nova Bhojwani is a global sales and business growth leader with more than 25 years of experience scaling multi-million-dollar revenue portfolios across Financial Services, Insurance, and Digital Engineering. He is known for building end-to-end revenue engines that consistently deliver double-digit growth and large deal wins. An AI enthusiast, Nova is a strong believer in business growth led by Data, AI, and modernization.

Nova leads GlobalLogic’s Banking, Financial Services & Insurance business, where he is also helping shape the go-to-market strategy primarily focusing on growth in the Americas.

Prior to this, he was Business Head of Financial Services and Insurance, including Private Equity, at Ness Digital Engineering, delivering double-digit growth as the organization's fastest-growing business unit. Earlier, Nova was Chief Revenue Officer at Tetra Group and held senior sales leadership roles at Marlabs and Birlasoft.

Nova holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management (ASU) and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from BIT Mesra, and has completed executive leadership programs at Cornell University and McKinsey & Company.

Outside of work, Nova resides in New Jersey with his wife, an accomplished dentist, and his son, who recently began his entrepreneurial journey with his first seed investment.
