Vishal Anand

Vishal leads GlobalLogic's Global Operations, which includes Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), Learning & Development (L&D), Global Business Operations, and Delivery Assurance, where he drives operational excellence and manages the global profit and loss (P&L) governance. He has over 25 years of experience in product engineering and digital transformation, building and scaling robust services businesses.

As a dynamic business leader, Vishal has a proven track record of growing territories and verticals, developing new service offerings, exceeding P&L targets, and fostering innovation through diverse, customer-focused teams. Vishal is also known for building positive, collaborative environments where people feel valued and energized to navigate challenges and drive growth.

Vishal led Customer Success for Brillio’s West region before joining GlobalLogic, where he was instrumental in expanding the company's business and increasing revenue from digital transformation projects. He also spent more than 15 years at Cognizant in various roles, advancing the company’s consulting, business development, delivery, and business unit leadership interests across multiple countries and sectors. During his tenure at Cognizant, he secured and delivered some of the company’s largest deals, developed best practices and service offerings, built high-performance teams, and cultivated lasting client relationships.

Vishal holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.
