Jyoti Banda

With over three decades of leadership experience, Jyoti Banda has built a career at the intersection of technology, business growth, and innovation. Having held leadership roles at Accenture, NTT DATA, and Wipro, she is recognized for creating strategic partnerships that fuel growth, expand market opportunities, and deliver lasting value.

She leads the global Ecosystems & Partnerships function across strategic focus areas including Digital Engineering, Data, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, Physical AI, Digital Twins & Smart Infrastructure and industry specific solutions. She also champions the One Hitachi partnership strategy across Hitachi’s Digital Engineering & AI (DEAI) group and connects strengths across Hitachi group companies to bring more integrated solutions and greater impact to customers.

Having worked across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, Jyoti brings a global perspective to technology, leadership, and collaboration. A lifelong learner, she is particularly inspired by the transformative opportunities of AI and actively mentors startups and entrepreneurs.

Outside of work, Jyoti enjoys trekking, exploring mysteries of cosmology, reading science fiction, and spending time with family and friends. She is a PADI-certified scuba diver, trained in the martial art form of Kalaripayattu, and enjoys swimming and yoga
