Success means different things to different people. For me, true success lies in rising above complexity to seamlessly connect experience design with high-end engineering. While my career has been a journey of more than 20 years dedicated to transforming digital engineering and technology operations into growth engines for global companies, my path revealed a different true calling.

It was a constant evolution of responsibilities. I started “in the trenches” as a monitoring operator at IBM, an experience that gave me an incredibly strong foundation in stability, reliability, and quality. From those early days, I grew into leadership roles at other big tech companies, evolving from managing technical projects to leading delivery across entire regions. Today, what truly motivates me goes far beyond P&L performance or SLA compliance. It is my true drive towards mentorship. I measure my own success by the success of the leaders I help develop, and that is what genuinely brings me satisfaction in my day-to-day work.

Professional Impact & The GlobalLogic Journey

I joined GlobalLogic in Argentina four years ago as Director of Service Delivery, and from the beginning, my approach to operational and strategic excellence has been centered on the people. I believe leadership is based on a simple premise: my role is to remove obstacles so my team can shine. I do not believe in command-and-control leadership; I believe in servant leadership.

My leadership goes beyond project oversight; it’s about empowering teams to deliver future-defining products for global clients in sectors like Insurance, Financial Services, and Media. Managing a global portfolio requires a focus on consistency, scalability, and excellence, leveraging modern cloud and data-driven solutions. My background in operational and technical roles ensures I approach collaboration with empathy and pragmatism, giving teams the context and resources they need. and autonomy to make informed decisions and perform at their absolute best.

Achievements & The Drive to Learn

A defining moment in my career was leading one of the largest account transitions for IBM, which required me to temporarily relocate to New Jersey. It was a massive logistical, technical, and cultural challenge: moving critical operations from one country to another with zero margin for error. That experience was fundamental because it gave me the confidence to continue growing and helped me identify my true strength: managing complexity. Turning a chaotic or transitional situation into a stable, profitable, and predictable operation is a skill I continue to apply today when managing my portfolio at GlobalLogic.

To stay current and continue delivering this level of impact, I leverage the unique competitive advantage of being part of GlobalLogic and the wider Hitachi Group. I actively participate in our Centers of Excellence and regional knowledge-sharing sessions focused on scalability and operational excellence. Through Hitachi, we also gain a broader perspective on Social Innovation, seeing firsthand how Big Data and Artificial Intelligence solve complex global challenges. As I look to the future, my goal is the consolidation and expansion of my current portfolio, increasing my scope and impact while delivering value at scale.

Advice for Future Colleagues

For anyone interested in joining GlobalLogic, my main advice is to come with a mindset of continuous learning and ownership. In a company that leads digital engineering, change is the only constant. Don’t wait to be told what to learn; be curious, raise your hand, and take initiative. Here, the limit to your growth is set by you. Proactivity is not only valued, it is the engine that enables you to move from technical challenges into leadership roles while working on meaningful, high-impact projects for the world’s leading brands.
