Requirements
We are seeking a skilled Lead Engineer with expert-level proficiency in .NET/C# to focus on multi-platform application development using .NET MAUI. You will contribute to the architecture design, software development patterns, and technical execution of enterprise-level applications.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of technical experience in software development.
Core Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in .NET, C#, and hands-on experience with .NET MAUI.
Methodologies: Knowledge of software engineering frameworks, agile methodologies, and risk management.
Testing/DevOps: Experience with unit testing, effective design patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required for effective collaboration with the US team).
Job responsibilities
Design, code, test, and debug high-performance applications using .NET and C#.
Lead the development and implementation of mobile/multi-platform applications specifically for .NET MAUI.
Resolve complex software compatibility and interface issues within enterprise-level architectures.
Advise Product Management and senior leadership on software solutions, latest tools, and performance optimization.
Collaborate within an agile framework, mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality code through reviews and automation.
