GlobalLogic is hiring Manager/ Senior Manager Operations to step into a strategic leadership role where youll drive large-scale operations, lead high-performing global teams, and deliver transformational outcomes for enterprise clients. Requirements
- 15+ years of experience with strong GIS Experience
- Proven success in operations leadership, transformation, and change management
- Experience in product leadership roles managing large, distributed teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-level executives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative abilities
- Expertise in project planning, financial management, and resource optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Experience in GIS and utilities domain is a plus (not mandatory)
- Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
