Description

We develop a custom Marketing platform for the carwash industry from scratch!
Your team will become a part of a big program that develops POS solutions for carwashes.
We have lab in the USA;
Hardware Solution includes several points of sale(POS), different sensors, readers and cameras, payment terminals, servers, and automatic gates.
The solution supports both USA and Canadian markets. Ukrainian teams develop a PWA(web) application and a hybrid web application (.Net & Angular) that operates on hardware & cloud and supports full customer flow: from customer recognition or account creation to sale & directing their car to a tunnel, reporting, etc. All embedded development is on the client’s side.
Project count ~80 teammates: 4 Feature teams, 2 AQA teams, Performance improvements team, DevOps team, L3 support team, QA Lead, Release manager, 2x Scrum masters, Senior manager
Flow
True SCRUM. Story points, Product owner, Scrum master, and Sprints include mandatory daily stand-ups, grooming, planning, demo, and retro sessions.
2-week sprints, releases every 2 sprints, updates on demand.

Requirements

• Machine Learning (Python): Proficiency in Python and ML libraries
• Strong understanding of:
• Data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Model training, tuning, evaluation (cross-validation, metrics, etc.)
• Model serialization
• Experience building and maintaining ML pipelines and scripts.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools is a plus.
• Experience with REST APIs for model serving;
• Strong .NET Core knowledge, MVC.NET, MS SQL
• Good knowledge of software-oriented architecture, micro-services
• Good analytical skills, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Upper-Intermediate English skills
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• 3+ years of experience

Job responsibilities

• Working in a multinational Scrum Team
• Performing requirements analysis, application development, product configuration, unit, and system testing, and production deployment within
• the framework of the infrastructure;
• Cross-team communication and cooperation;
• Involvement in Architecture discussions, Prototyping
• Work in a dynamic Agile/Scrum-based environment;
• Work closely with the embedded team and customer integrations team to successfully bring the solution to production;
