The team focuses on building scalable AI platforms, developer productivity solutions, and agentic workflows that enhance software delivery, engineering efficiency, and knowledge accessibility.

The organization works with modern AI technologies including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Azure OpenAI, and MCP-based integrations connecting engineering tools such as Jira, Jama, and GitHub. The department combines platform engineering, AI architecture, governance, and developer enablement to operationalize secure and scalable AI solutions across global engineering teams.

Key focus areas include coding agents, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, AI governance, workflow automation, and cloud-based AI platform deployment.

Requirements

Strong software engineering and technical leadership background

Experience leading engineering teams in agile delivery environments

Practical experience with AI-assisted software development tools

Strong understanding of software quality, CI/CD, and enterprise development workflows

Job responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Team Lead with strong expertise in AI tools usage to work within existing engineering teams and drive adoption of AI-assisted software development practices. The role combines hands-on software engineering with technical leadership, coaching, and coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise software engineering experience together with practical expertise in AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support embedded engineers working with AI-assisted development tools
Contribute hands-on to software development and technical problem solving
Guide teams on effective use of GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Azure OpenAI services
Support integration of MCP-based tooling into engineering workflows
Ensure alignment with existing development standards, security requirements, and delivery processes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency
