Possess a minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade integration solutions, specifically with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
This role operates under a fully remote work model, requiring the ability to effectively collaborate with distributed teams and manage tasks independently from a home office environment.
Required Skills:

A robust foundational understanding of API Design & Standards is a mandatory requirement for this position, ensuring adherence to established architectural patterns.
Essential to possess a strong working knowledge of API Integration principles and practices, particularly within enterprise-level systems.
Demonstrated fundamental proficiency in Functional Testing methodologies is required to ensure the reliability and correctness of integrated solutions.
A solid basic understanding of Claims Automation concepts and their application in business processes is necessary for effective solution development.
Possess a foundational grasp of Security & Analytics principles relevant to API integrations, contributing to secure and observable systems.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Oracle ERP integration patterns and data models would be highly advantageous for connecting diverse enterprise applications.
An understanding of modern Deployment strategies and practices, including automated pipelines and release management, is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial for managing scalable and portable applications.

Job responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable API integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Implement complex data transformations, orchestrations, and routing logic across various enterprise systems and applications.
• Contribute significantly to the architectural design and evolution of enterprise integration patterns, frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive the adoption of API-led connectivity principles and standards throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• Optimize integration performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous monitoring, analysis, and tuning efforts.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve critical integration issues in production and non-production environments with minimal supervision.
• Mentor junior integration developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and fostering skill development within the team.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and quality assurance, to define and refine integration requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration solutions, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and maintainability.
• Champion the implementation and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of MuleSoft applications.
• Ensure the application of robust security measures and compliance standards across all integration points and data flows.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold high quality, performance, and adherence to established coding standards.
• Evaluate and recommend innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the overall integration landscape and capabilities.
