Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Performance Tester to design, execute, and evolve performance and load testing strategies for complex, data-intensive, mission-critical systems. You will ensure that applications meet strict performance, scalability, and reliability requirements under real-world and peak-load scenarios.

This role plays a critical part in validating system readiness and supporting performance-driven engineering decisions.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of professional experience in performance and non-functional testing.
Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner.
Solid understanding of performance testing methodologies (load, stress, spike, endurance).
Experience analyzing application, system, and infrastructure-level performance.
Practical experience using Python for scripting, automation, or data analysis.
Strong understanding of web-based, API-driven, and distributed systems.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Communicative English for collaboration in an international team.

Nice to Have
Experience testing cloud-based or containerized systems.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (APM, metrics, logging).
Experience with CI/CD integration of performance tests.
Knowledge of Linux environments.
Background in aviation, transportation, or other mission-critical domains.

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests using LoadRunner.
Analyze system behavior under load and identify performance bottlenecks.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios.
Use Python for test automation, data preparation, result analysis, and tooling.
Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to address performance issues.
Define performance benchmarks, SLAs, and acceptance criteria.
Interpret test results and provide clear, actionable performance reports and recommendations.
Support capacity planning and scalability assessments.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines, where applicable.
Participate in architecture and design reviews from a performance perspective.
Continuously improve performance testing approaches, tools, and best practices.
