1. Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to review, validate, and audit first-person (egocentric) video footage collected using Meta Quest 3 VR headsets. In this role, you will evaluate video quality, tracking stability, hand-object visibility, and privacy compliance to ensure only high-quality data passing client criteria is accepted for AI model training.

2. Key Responsibilities
Visual Review: Conduct human review of egocentric videos to ensure active hands and interacted objects remain clearly visible during physical tasks.
Tracking Audit: Verify that hand-tracking overlays/white skeleton lines remain accurately aligned with the operator’s physical hands without drifting or glitching.
Automated Quality Validation: Process recordings through automated validation tools to ensure videos maintain less than 2% bad-quality frames (checking for motion blur, over/underexposure, and low contrast).
Privacy & Content Enforcement: Enforce zero-tolerance privacy rules by rejecting videos containing visible facial features, PII, reflective mirror faces, or prohibited/restricted scenes.
Video Upload & Data Extraction: Extract data from the devices and upload on client tools on a daily basis
Video Trimming & Formatting: Ensure camera setup, takedown, and adjustment frames are removed prior to final approval.
Reporting & Feedback: Maintain daily QA logs, log error patterns, issue acceptance/rejection sign-offs, and provide feedback to data collection operators & leads.
No Backlog: Ensure there are no upload or QC backlogs

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (IT, Computer Science, Media, or related field preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in video QA, data annotation, visual quality auditing, or AI dataset testing.
Attention to Detail: Sharp visual observation skills to detect frame glitches, tracking drifts, lighting flaws, or brief face exposures.
Technical Comfort: Familiar with cloud shared drives, video processing tools, and media inspection software.
Communication: Ability to write clear, actionable rejection notes and quality reports.
Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
Must be ready to join immediately
