We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and deliver intelligent automation solutions
that optimize business processes across enterprise systems. The role combines deep technical expertise with process
understanding, enabling scalable, secure, and high-quality automation implementations.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and automation teams to translate
requirements into robust RPA solutions aligned with governance and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in RPA / Automation development
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  o Microsoft Power Automate / Power Automate Desktop (preferred)
  o or UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
  • Experience with SAP automation (GUI, APIs, data structures)
  • Solid understanding of:
  o APIs, REST services, and system integration
  o Windows environments, VMs, and infrastructure
  o Exception handling and loggins strategies
  o Credential and security management
  • Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments

Job responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Development

– Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, or similar platforms.
– Translate business requirements into Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
– Develop reusable components, frameworks, and automation standards.
– Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.

2. Process Analysis & Optimization

– Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
– Collaborate with Process Mining and business teams to prioritize use cases.
– Optimize workflows to reduce complexity and improve success rates.

3. Integration & System Interaction

– Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems, including SAP (GUI, BAPIs, APIs), Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party applications.
– Ensure secure and efficient handling of credentials and data.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance

– Perform unit testing, system testing, and provide UAT support.
– Maintain compliance with coding standards and governance policies.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.

5. Deployment & Support

– Support deployment of attended and unattended bots to production.
– Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing automations.
– Provide L3 support for incident resolution and continuous improvement.

6. Governance & Best Practices

– Contribute to Automation CoE standards and governance frameworks.
– Ensure compliance with IT security, data protection, and audit requirements.
– Maintain comprehensive solution documentation and knowledge repositories.

7. Collaboration & Mentoring

– Work closely with stakeholders, consultants, and architects.
– Guide and mentor junior and citizen developers.
– Support presales activities, including effort estimation and solution proposals.
