A critical part of this is converting the content in PDFs as well as properly storing this extracted text, images, and tables for use by the specialized agents.

Next: Multiple Extraction Agents. These agents provide the link between the customer request to the knowledge base. These agents are focused on response validation to ensure accuracy and prevent hallucination. 

The MLOps Extensions go to work after system deployment to perform a wide variety of monitoring and iterative improvement tasks:
