Our Approach

• A dedicated product engineering lab has been setup in India Noida location to control Anaplan high operational cost. 
• A quick turnaround time right from understanding the requirements to onboarding of talents in different product teams with niche and specialized skill sets thereby expediting go to market strategy.
• Establishing seamless transition by onboarding right talents as per ramp-up plan, also maintaining the approach of building a talent pipeline ahead of time.
• Setting up teams with agile mindset is helping to ensure productivity, quality, transparency and adaptability to rising needs.
• Leveraging GL accelerator to automate DevOps and QA Automation frameworks to set the seal on continuous and quality delivery.

Outcome

• Lab setup in India, primarily in Noida Location owning up end to end delivery outcomes. Anaplan lab model is enabled for faster go to market.
• Onboarded over 380 engineers within a span of 8 months with an efficient and effective knowledge transition model.
• Tiered governance model has been established with baseline KPI’s aligned to business objectives by leveraging existing GL practices.
• GlobalLogic is partnering Anaplan for their IT and security operation and providing specialized skilled teams for Salesforce support & integration.
