Requirements

8+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a senior technical role, with proven expertise in C# and .Net Framework/.Net Core.
Strong proficiency in C# with .Net Framework & .Net Core.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Business Central.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL Server and MongoDB, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Expertise in developing RESTful/GraphQL services using ASP.Net Web API.
Expertise in ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net Web API, and modern web development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Proficient in implementing caching strategies with Radish Cache and managing data flow with Kafka.
Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS with some compute & platform services.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Experience architecting and developing microservices and integrating them into large-scale systems.
Expertise in performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of both front-end and back-end systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve complex technical challenges.
Solid understanding of software development best practices, security principles, and design patterns.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
Deep experience with OAuth2 (Authorization Code Flow, Client Credentials Flow, Implicit Flow, etc.) for secure API access and token management.
Strong Object-Oriented Programming experience.
Hands-on experience with unit test.
Excellent experience with agile process.

 

Job responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack solutions using C#, ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net Web API, and .Net Core to build scalable and efficient applications.
Lead integrations with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Business Central, ensuring business processes and data flow seamlessly across systems.
Design and optimize databases in SQL Server and MongoDB, writing complex queries, stored procedures, and ensuring high performance.
Develop responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
Implement caching strategies using Radish Cache and optimize messaging systems with Kafka for scalability and reliability.
Lead cloud deployment efforts on platforms such as Azure and AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency.
Implement microservices and API solutions that align with business goals, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product managers, to define and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality code.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the development process.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide high-level support to ensure minimal downtime for production systems.
Lead efforts to optimize and refactor legacy systems, driving innovation and ensuring future scalability.
