Experience with GraphRAG and Knowledge Graphs
Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol)
Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI
Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
Exposure to fine-tuning and model evaluation frameworks
Experience integrating AI with enterprise tools such as Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.
Strong architecture and stakeholder communication skills

Must Have Skills
6–10 years of overall software engineering / AI engineering experience
Strong experience in Generative AI and enterprise AI solution development
Experience deploying and maintaining AI solutions in production environments
Hands-on expertise in RAG architecture and semantic retrieval systems
Strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI, autonomous workflows, and multi-agent orchestration
Expertise in:

AutoGen
Semantic Kernel
Experience designing multi-agent workflows and AI orchestration systems
Strong understanding of:
Embeddings
Vector Databases
Prompt Engineering
Tool/Function Calling
LLM optimization and cost management
AI evaluation, observability, and guardrails
Strong AI/ML and Machine Learning fundamentals
Strong Python programming and API integration skills
Experience deploying scalable AI applications in cloud environments
Job responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI applications
Build scalable RAG pipelines and intelligent retrieval systems
Design and implement multi-agent AI workflows and orchestration frameworks
Own end-to-end AI solution architecture and technical design decisions
Optimize LLM performance, latency, and token consumption costs
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, and data sources
Ensure scalability, security, observability, and production readiness of AI systems
Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders on AI initiatives
Mentor teams and drive AI engineering best practices across projects
