You will join the AI-Data Delivery Pod, a high-velocity team contributing to enterprise solutions that transform complex domain documentation into machine-usable intelligence. Our core focus is building “Self-Evolving Knowledge Bases” that power intelligent assistants and decision-support systems.

You will operate within a fixed price delivery environment where the synergy between human expertise and agentic execution is our primary driver. All our solutions are deeply integrated within enterprise-grade Azure infrastructure, providing a robust environment for professional growth.

Requirements

• Education: Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Python Basics: Solid understanding of Python syntax and basic libraries (NumPy, pandas). You should be able to write clean, readable scripts.
• Theoretical ML Foundation: Understanding of what a model is, how data is split (train/test), and why “accuracy” isn’t the only metric that matters.
• Language: Intermediate+ English level (ability to read technical documentation and communicate within the team).
• Soft Skills: Extreme curiosity, a “no task is too small” attitude, and the ability to follow technical specifications precisely.

Job responsibilities

• Shadow & Support: Assist senior engineers in building small PoCs and demo flows, moving from high-level concepts to functional scripts.
• Prompt Engineering & Testing: Conduct systematic experiments with LLM prompts and RAG configurations, documenting results to identify the most reliable patterns.
• Data Preparation: Help prepare, clean, and structure datasets for “Self-Evolving Knowledge Bases,” ensuring high data quality for model ingestion.
• AI-Augmented Development: Use GenAI tools (Gemini, Antigravity, etc.) to accelerate your own coding, testing, and documentation tasks, while learning to critically verify AI-generated output.
• Documentation & Reporting: Summarize experimental results in concise formats (e.g., tables and dashboards) to help the team make data-driven decisions.
• Continuous Learning: Actively participate in code reviews, technical sessions, and “AI-Data” syncs to rapidly absorb production-standard coding and ML practices.
